Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
